Provide analysis and interpretation of data to create powerful insights with simple visualizations so our business leaders can make quick, but well-informed decisions. Analyzing data from multiple sources to gain insights and guide where and how we provide value for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the SDS business analysts to provide business insights to improve SDS Adoption with partners.
  • Manages complex data and business analyses to identify relevant trends, develop business insights and make recommendations for new business opportunities (services).
  • Works , together with the SDS business analyst, to construct complex statistical models to identify patterns and insights for business improvements.
  • Defines the metrics required to measure performance, compares actual data to forecasted values, and develops the process for identifying and addressing gaps.
  • Works with cross-functional teams to drive insights, develop action plans and reports, to feed with data insights the SDS strategy team. More specifically, engage and collaborate with the ECP development and marketing team to make data insights a key piece of our decision making process.
  • Expand to other solutions areas in ECP once the SDS insights working model is in place.
