  • You work with long-form content (podcast scripts or articles) from our B2B clients to create quotes, short text posts and other content for LinkedIn, as well as SEO optimized blog posts for websites
  • You’ll create hooks and text posts that will be posted via our clients’ LinkedIn profiles
  • You work closely with our clients to deliver the best copywriting for them
  • You analyze which posts are best received and implement those insights and feedback to optimize future posts
  • You’re an English native speaker. At least C2 level
  • You’re a quick study when it comes to familiarizing yourself with a wide variety of industry and specialist topics
  • You have at least 3-6 years of experience creating social media posts and blog posts for B2B companies
  • You have experience as a social media manager or in B2B email marketing or direct marketing
  • You are proactive and demonstrate high standards in terms of work ethic and content
  • You work very precisely and detail-oriented
  • You have excellent communication skills, especially in dealing with our customers
  • You are open to criticism and new ideas, want to develop yourself further and enjoy learning new things
  • You have the ability to navigate a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment with different stakeholders
Nice-to-Have (not a requirement, but helpful)
  • You have experience in a PR or media agency
  • You have experience with LinkedIn
  • You know your way around SEO
  • You have an analytical/numerical approach to optimizing the performance of posts (A/B testing, etc.)
  • You’re fluent in German, Spanish, French, or Italian
