Job Description:

Do you speak danish? Do you speak english? Do you have customer service experience? Than this job offer is perfect for you!


  • Receive and handle Danish speaking customer requests by email, chat and social media.
  • Function as an ambassador for the client’s service.
  • Collection and maintenance of customer data.
  • Clarification of customer inquiries regarding service, subscription, payment and technical requirements.
  • Work on requests and comments via the client’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter).

  • Complete Danish fluency on a native speaking level and English on a professional level.
  • Experience in customer service, communications or similar roles.
  • Good knowledge of current social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.) Previous work experience with social media is a plus.
  • Passion for community management and digital affinity.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

: According to the legislation in Spain, a document to prove completed studies is mandatory to be able to be hired.

Meaning obligatory studies as ESO or High School. Any higher studies title will also be accepted.
