Our client is a rapidly expanding SaaS business, offering world-leading math software for elementary school age students. We have customers in 50+ countries globally and we’re rapidly scaling our team globally, to bring the benefits of the firm to the 450 million elementary students worldwide.
THE ROLE
Our Sales/Customer Success team is responsible for ongoing relationships with our existing customers in Spain, driving up customer satisfaction and maximising retention. We are looking for a highly motivated individual, with a clear passion for building a high growth startup, to join this growing team.
Over time, success in the role will open opportunities to take on more responsibility within Spain, or internationally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Training and Support. Proactively provide training and support to our customers, to ensure they can use the full feature set of Matitic
- Engagement. Manage programs across the region to drive up usage, engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Renewals. Lead our renewals process in the region, with a goal of maximising revenue and annual retention.
- Run a full sales cycle and close new business to consistently exceed quota
- Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline, driving new business with untapped customers.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around the firm
- Collaborative with our worldwide sales teams to develop best practices
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years’ experience running a full sales cycle and closing business, in the tech or education sectors, with proven measurable results
- 1+ years’ experience in customer success, with proven measurable results
- Strong consultative sales skills and exceptional closing experience with a can do attitude
- High-level of proficiency in Spanish and English languages, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Catalan or Basque languages will be an advantage
- Knowledge of other European languages is a plus
- Collaboration on a day to day basis with our sales and marketing teams to drive process improvements
- High energy, motivated and driven to succeed
