The Demand Generation Manager will be the point person for lead generation using digital channels as the primary driver. You will build the digital marketing strategy and execute programs (SEO, SEM, display, retargeting, social, content creation, paid webinars, account-based marketing etc.) - with a mandate to drive quality leads that convert to revenue, and to continually optimize our marketing funnel.

In addition to driving new leads, you will optimize our existing marketing automation and nurturing processes through email, content and social channels.

From a reporting standpoint, you will establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our demand generation activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.

In this role, you will live and breathe data, measuring and benchmarking key marketing metrics including CRO, CAC, CAC/ACV ratio, website to lead conversion rate, lead-to-SQL ratio and build KPI dashboards and communicate with executive staff on an ongoing basis.

You will lead the digital marketing strategy, for Spain, Portugal, Africa and Latin America as well as be responsible for the brand positioning and the product solutions launching, building the best strategy of communication to ensure that customers and partners have a compelling experience and awareness of all our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive demand generation that converts into new business.
  • Develop, implement and be accountable for the company’s demand generation strategy, working closely with the senior leadership, sales and business development managers and global sales teams.
  • Take input from sales executives and business development on what events to attend, and lead the analysis and justification for selection, drive effective event management.
  • Identify and implement tactical marketing initiatives in response to market circumstances.
  • Strategic direction and supervision of all social media channels, communications and product launching.
  • Collaborate with Enghouse global team to align strategies, exchange information and experiences.
  • Responsible for the management and future development/direction and maintenance of the company’s owned digital channels, website, social, product launching and communication strategies.
  • Identify, define and execute communications plans to create brand awareness, gain new customers, develop existing clients (cross-sell, up-sell), client retention and win-back.
  • Provide regular reports on the progress and performance metrics according to the marketing goals.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Fluent Spanish (better if mother tongue), and English (Portuguese is plus).
  • Bachelor degree in marketing-related fields.
  • At least 3 years’ experience working in a similar or equivalent role.
  • Marketing automation experience (in Marketo is a plus).
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce and sales metrics.
  • Experience with enterprise software technology platforms driving demand generation.
  • Experience in SaaS solutions (Customer Service or Contact Center software applications industry is a plus).
  • Proven ability in handling multiple priorities, be well organized and have a structured approach.
  • Proven knowledge and application of a wide range of online/digital marketing techniques and concepts, including appropriate and effective social media.
  • Forward-looking and creative, with the ability and desire to challenge the status quo toward continuous improvement.
  • Proven knowledge and application of data collection, management and lead nurturing.
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, communication, and multi-cultural skills.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and demonstrate a flexible approach to work.
  • Ability to prioritize work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.
  • Work well with a wide range of people.
  • Ideally have certifications such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and marketing automation certified (Marketo preferred).
  • Deep knowledge and experience working in business-to-business markets.
  • Ability to manage effectively multiple marketing projects of diverse scopes in a cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to understand and evaluate the impact of the marketing project as well as its financial KPI’s.
