Programmatic advertising is revolutionising media buying through the use of data and technology to bring unprecedented targeting and efficiencies for brands.

We are looking for data-driven, proactive, and ecommerce enthusiasts who are looking for an exciting career within the advertising field, to join us as DSP Executive to help run the Programmatic activity for multiple brands.


WHAT YOU’LL DO


At Molzi, you will be responsible for managing the Programmatic advertising campaigns and driving results for your clients. Additionally, you will be proactively identifying opportunities for clients to leverage DSP advertising, shaping media plan proposals and executing these within Amazons DSP to meet your clients business goals.


In your role you will:

  • Ownership of DSP campaign setup, daily budget management and optimisations
  • Develop optimisation strategies across a variety of different clients and verticles
  • Tracking KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues, adjust strategies & find new opportunities - all clients
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in developing cross functional DSP and PPC marketing campaigns
  • Keep on trend with industry trends, Amazon features, and build category-level insights
  • Actively take part in new product testing and implementation of new advertising features
  • Develop a deep understanding of the wider programmatic ecosystem and the modern media agency



WHO YOU ARE


As this is an entry level role, no previous experience is necessary. But a strong interest in advertising and technology would be ideal. Previous internship or experience in a similar field though would definitely be a plus.

  • All we need you to be is smart, analytical, digital savvy, hardworking, and nice.
  • Have high communication skills and interpersonal skills, and able to convey your message with ease when put under pressure.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English – other languages are an advantage
  • Confident with using and manipulating large data sets in excel
