For one of the most well known retail stores in the Netherlands we are looking for a Customer Service Agents who speak either Flemish or Dutch with English.

Tasks

In this job you will help clients with questions through phone or email. These questions relate, among other things, to changes to product questions, store locations, and customer complaints. Previous customer contact experience is not required, but is appreciated. You must live in Valencia or be willing to relocate in the short term.

Requirements

Are you the Inbound Contact Center Agent we are looking for and do you have the following characteristics and/or qualities?

  • You are service and result oriented;
  • You are computer savvy and pick up new systems easily;
  • You can work and problem solve independently with a good dose of analytical thinking;
  • You have the ability to empathize with your customer.
  • You are a good listener and have good communication skills;
  • You have a good command of Dutch and English language.
  • Hospitable, customer-friendly and helpful to the customer
  • Flexibility and empathy are very important.
  • You are looking for a challenging long term position.

Location: Valencia

Starting Date: 20/02/2023

Working hours: Monday - Friday between 08:30 and 21:00., Saturday between 10:00 - 18:00 (two days off)

WFH There are remote options available but always in consultation with the company. Training is always on site, but afterwards the company is open to discuss WFH. How much days depends on performance, attitude and the project (and manager).
