Your profile:

• Fluent in Dutch and French.
• Open to developing your customer service skills.
• Passionate and familiar with the fashion industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pay attention to small details, and are well-organized.
• Have a positive and engaging personality.
• Able to work 39 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern.
• Good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
• Understand the customers’ needs.

  Effectively solve customer issues in Dutch and French.
• Manage complaints and inquiries with a friendly and respectful tone.
• Keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision.
• Help clients with their online shopping and advise on their orders.
• Solve customer queries via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other channels.
• Maintain knowledge of the company’s services and products.
• Work on additional tasks connected to keeping up the service performance, quality and customer satisfaction.
