AsFinancial Controller in Lookiero you will be playing a key role within the Finance Department (currently +10 people), working closely within the Controlling, Finance and Legal departments and helping with the strategic financial analysis and advice to the leadership team & the different business units.

You might be wondering, what will I do as a Financial Controller in Lookiero? ​????

● Understand the historical financials and KPIs being able to extract insights from analysis.

● Carry out different financial analysis across the group operations in order to obtain conclusions on performance and provide solutions for internal improvement.

● Participate in the update and elaboration of the key monthly reportings such as group monthly management accounts, per market performance, and other financial / functional KPI’s.

● Attend current and new investor requests and documentation (quarterly board meetings, …).

● Actively participate in the preparation of the financial plan.

● Challenge current controlling processes in order to provide solutions to improve it since day 1 with the goal of having an agile and efficient function.

What will make you successful ✌️ in your mission?; Skills, know-how and experience:

● At least 2/3 years of experience in Finance departments, Strategy or Transaction advisory (combination of Audit and Transactions is a plus, as well as a previous experience in a start-up environment; preferably a B2C online company).

● Be fluent in written and spoken English.

● Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with problem-solving focus.

● A quick learner and can handle the ownership of various tasks and projects in parallel.

● Prior experience using Tableau or other data visualisation tools is a plus.
