Are you looking for an opportunity to join the travel sector? Are you keen to receive full training on GDS travel systems and processes so you can provide the highest level of service to business travellers? Then we have the perfect position for you!

Our client is one of the world’s leading online business travel companies and we are looking to hire additional hard-working colleagues to join our existing team. We offer help and assistance to these travellers 24/7 and we need to be available by phone and email all day, every day.

Are you
  • Interested in travel and used to booking your own arrangements online?
  • Educated to high school equivalent or above?
  • Experienced in customer services and/or sales (minimum 2 years required)
  • Used to a call centre environment?
  • Willing to take part in a 12-week training course that will be a solid foundation in the travel business?
  • Native level French speaker (or have a certificate of level C1 if non-native)
  • Able to communicate in English (written and verbal)
  • Able to commit to working shifts between 2200 and 0800?
