Role Description

Powerful and transformative technology needs an equally powerful and knowledgeable voice. The content team should have a firm handle on the driving forces behind the as-a-service economy and its rich ecosystem. Our job is to understand how the constituent parts of this ecosystem work together and create a language that speaks to all sides. We need to understand our customers’ and prospects’ challenges and how our technology not only solves them but contributes to the wider success of the digital transformation of cloud business.

The Global Content Analystshould be an experienced copywriter, editor and proofreader with an analytical and creative approach to content. A key part of this role is optimization, both in the processes we use to run the content production machine, and in the way we deliver our message to the constituent parts of our ecosystem. Develop effective briefs for, as well as copywriting of web, long and short form content such as blog posts, Twitter, etc.

  • Participates in the development of creative strategies by constructing connections between concepts and ideas.
  • Assists in the smooth running of planning, review and delivery of business and technically focused content.
  • Understands how different personae consume and react to content, optimizes our approach to creation in line with the most effective formats.
  • Works closely with the digital marketing team to explore and test new ways to deliver our message more effectively.


At least 7+ years of professional experience and at least cumulative 5 years as a copywriter with a focus on marketing to large enterprise customers.

  • Excellent English writing and communication skills. Expert copywriter
  • An experienced B2B writer with a proven track record of producing effective, persuasive copy for web, short and long form as well as sales tools.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field strongly preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience working with project teams that comprise of agencies and multiple cross-team stakeholders for the timely delivery of assets.
  • Have strong business acumen and ability to understand different business scenarios and communicate complex technology in a concise way.
  • Be a great communicator and understand how to work as part of a global team
  • Be a native English speaker
  • Have extensive social media knowledge
  • Be positive, flexible, self-motivated, and well-organized
  • Be comfortable working under pressure with the ability both to take direction and work on your own initiative
  • International experience desirable
