Verisure is seeking atalented, innovative, passionate Group Marketing Project Associate (Digital Project Management)to join our growing and successful Group Marketing team. The role will report to the Marketing Technology Lead and will work closely with the central IT organisation, the Country Marketing Directors, the Group Marketing Director as well as delivery teams provided by suppliers.

The location of the role is flexibleand can be based in our group HQ in Geneva or in one of our Verisure head offices in Madrid, London, Stockholm, Paris, Copenhagen, Dusseldorf, Brussels or Amsterdam. Frequent travels (up to 30%) are expected.

Key Responsibilities

The Group Customer Marketing Team is focused on delivering a harmonised approach to customer satisfaction across the Group. Our key priorities are to make existing customers into profitable advocates that love our service. Reporting to the Group Marketing Technology lead you’ll play an integral role in growing technical capabilities to serve and grow our customer base. The Group Marketing function has a unique and exciting new opportunity to accelerate the enablement of new technologies, support the Verisure countries with digital marketing solutions and develop strategic partnerships with world renowned tech brands in order to deliver our priorities faster.

As a Digital Project Manager, you will:

  • Support the business team in gathering requirements and choosing the best way to implement while leveraging the capability of the technology and with a good understanding of Verisure IT ways of working.
  • Be part of a dynamic team supporting pilots and subsequent roll outs of marketing and customer related technologies such as Medallia, Pega, Magento etc.
  • Be a strong communicator and a key link between business teams, suppliers, and Verisure IT to ensure smooth delivery against requirements and design.
  • Support the strategic direction and design of blueprints for future global roll outs.
  • Know the MarTech landscape and support the technical lead in defining long term roadmap
  • Support and manage different projects in a structured manner

Projects will include:

  • New MarTech Possibilities
  • Scope projects together with Technology lead
  • Map the customer journey and define black holes and map opportunities for countries
  • Define long term roadmap
  • Evolve existing platforms
  • Participate in Medallia meetings and responsible for new development together with Group CX project Manager
  • Further use of existing Systems like Medallia Digital, Medallia Conversations
  • Roll out of more Pega Stack
  • Responsible for gathering new requirements, planning onboarding of new countries and new roll outs
  • Ensure optimal use of Technology systems (Medallia, Pega, Webshop etc)
  • Monthly check on use and result of systems
  • Ensure Internal satisfaction with systems in North and South
  • Ensure a world class app supporting our customers
  • Plan and support for new App development in North and South platform e.g., Medallia in App, Pega in App etc.
  • Plan and manage webshop development in North and South
  • Technology Partner for all countries
  • Support countries in the marketing technology setup
  • Ensure economies of scale when choosing new systems, partners etc.
  • Help build roadmap for future Martech possibilities
  • Scouting of new technologies
  • Profound knowledge of IT landscape and country requirements


Experience and Qualifications


  • 3 to 5 years of successful professional experiences.
  • Technically proficient, coming from a development background or working with digital companies.
  • Actively following industry trends and looking for opportunities to adopt new approaches and technologies to drive our teams forward.
  • Driven to have the best quality and productivity from their team members and projects.
  • Experience of web and Cloud deployments (AWS experience would be beneficial).
  • A people person, able to create and continuously improve an environment that inspires exceptional delivery and deals with issues that block this in a growth environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability to effectively and authentically influence
  • Resilient and thrives on getting the job done with the team to drive our success
  • Ability to understand:
  • Business process and business requirements and translating them to requirements such as Functional specifications and User stories
  • Business requirements and transforming those requirements into data mapping specs
  • Interface /integration technologies and customers’ needs so they can be translated into requirements
  • Good knowledge of agile methodology
  • Excellent project management skills
