Our internationally positioned, multilingual team ensures the perfect technical implementation of events, trade fairs and conferences - from the planning phase to execution and debriefing. In order for these individual projects to be successfully implemented, a team with local know-how, great expertise and a lot of motivation is required. We know very well that we can only be successful as a team and we want to position ourselves accordingly.

Your tasks

  • Employee assistance for all subject-specific and personal questions within the Employee Lifecycle
  • First Point of contact and proactive advisor for managers for all queries regarding human resources
  • Autonomous execution of all tasks and processes related to personnel management and administration from entry to exit (i.e. maintenance of digital personnel files, on- and offboarding process, communication with authorities, creation of reports, etc.)
  • Self-dependent creation of work contracts, employer references and certificates
  • Accompaniment and execution of the entire recruiting process (including active sourcing and establishment of a network in Spain)
  • Active participation in creation and updating of local HR guidelines and processes
  • Advisory of executives and employees in matters of personnel development and organization of appropriate training courses on site, in cooperation with our central personnel development department
  • Direct cooperation with the global HR team and General/local Management
  • Preparation of the monthly payroll

Your profile

  • Several years of experience as an all-rounder in the HR area and familiar with the Spanish labour market, labour law and collective bargaining agreements (e.g. de la industria siderometal lurgica)
  • Experience with different forms of employment contracts
  • Experience in organizations working in projects
  • High motivation to work in a young, aspiring and international organization
  • ‘hands on’ approach, with passion and energy to drive the business forward
  • Enjoy dealing with people on a daily basis and being part of the team
  • Communicative and with a high level of empathy
  • Characterized by a positive nature, friendliness and a pronounced service and solution orientation
  • Flexibility and independent working are a matter of course
  • Good to very good English. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
  • Experience in the use of HR Systems and MS Office
  • Basic experience in Payroll
