We’re looking for an HR Business Partner for our Customer Service Center in Fuengirola, Málaga.

The HR Business Partner is very much a "hands on" role. You will be the first point of contact for all things people related in the department that you support. While also working closely with HR colleagues in shaping and delivering our HR strategic direction and plans in a consistent and integrated way.

The HRBP role is a full-time permanent position reporting to the HR Director in General Services Sector Alarm in Mijas/Fuengirola, Malaga.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with the leadership team in your client group(s) to gain a deep understanding of the business, to drive and implement talent management strategies that are aligned to the overall Sector Alarm HR strategy.
  • Using key business metrics to coach, mentor, and guide leaders in your client group in the areas of talent management, reward and compensation, performance management, organizational design, and employee engagement to enable the development of a culture consistent with our core values.
  • Effectively managing employee relations in a timely and sensitive manner.
  • Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor law and government requirements.
  • Offering guidance to managers and employees regarding complaints and take part in termination processes.
  • Partnering with our learning & development team to build and deliver top class organization and leadership development programs that meet the needs of the business.
  • Driving the delivery of manager self-service and enablement through system utilization and skill building.
  • Providing HR administration support in the delivery of health and safety, employment contracts, absence management, time tracking, probation, and HR processes.

About You:
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as an HRBP and are comfortable with maintaining strong business relationships with key stakeholders.
  • You have a degree in Labor Relationships, HR or related subjects.
  • A Master’s degree in HR is desirable.
  • You are a native Spanish speaker, with an advance level of English.
