Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop a sustainable Talent Acquisition strategy
  • Build employer branding strategy and initiate activities around it through online and offline initiatives with the objective of attracting diverse and outstanding talent across the board
  • Manage and evaluate processes from sourcing to hiring and implement practices to improve the current process to better candidate experience
  • Work with HRBPs to understand business hiring needs & build Talent pipeline for current and future job openings
  • Manage Client’s partnerships with colleges, institutions, job boards, job portals, social media, etc.
  • Develop a presence in Job fairs, career & college fairs and similar events
  • Prepare annual recruitment and Talent Acquisition budgets
  • Work on enhancing candidates experience by introducing improvements in interviewing processes, application process, candidate communication etc
  • Use HRIS and automate recruitment processes, application tracking tools
  • Train and evaluate recruitment team on enhanced processes
  • Participate in recruitment drives to enhance awareness about our Client
  • Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluation for further process improvements
  • Measure recruitment metrics and provide analytics to HRBPs and Recruitment

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Head of Talent Acquisition / TA Director or similar role, in a Technology company
  • Should have managed Talent Acquisition across multiple countries
  • Demonstrable experience & in-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks), good knowledge of recruiting database systems
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases
  • Good team-management abilities & inter personal skills and experience of working in matrix organisations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners, vendors)
  • Excellent Leadership skills


  • Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field
