Our Marketing & Sales and eBusiness Department is looking for an IS/IT Digital Marketing Operations Specialist.

Position Summary

Marketing Technology (MarTech) is the group of products used by Nestlé worldwide for data capture, content personalization, consumer support, social media and digital marketing. As Operations Specialist you will be working closely with different product teams, offshore partners and vendors to achieve objectives. You will be coordinating activities needed to provide effective and efficient operational support to Nestle markets and product teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure delivery of efficient and compliant IS/IT operations.
  • Oversee support processes including request, incident, problem, knowledge, and event management.
  • Ensure IS/IT strategic partners provide required level of service, system performance and system availability.
  • Participate in the DevOps lifecycle with an emphasis on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Run small-scale agile projects (managed work activities).
  • Data analysis of operational processes.
  • Use your knowledge of current technology and trends to experiment with new tools and practices.
  • Identify automation and self-service opportunities then facilitate implementation with stakeholders.

What Will Make You Successful

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IS/IT, preferably working in a DevOps environment.
  • Experience in service management principles, compliance and execution.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing standard processes and managing performance to achieve key metrics.
  • Experience using Service Now or similar IT Service Management products.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts and technologies clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a desire for long term improvement and automation.
  • Detailed oriented and organized.
  • Ability to use data analysis to promote data driven decisions.
  • Flexible and adaptable to quick changing environments and technology trends.
  • Thinking out-of-the-box to create innovative solutions to achieve objectives.
  • Experience working with one or more of the following products is a plus: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Sprinklr or SAP Consumer Data Cloud.
  • Effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
  • Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
