The question is: are you ready to change the world with us?

You will

  • Have an outstanding entrepreneurial approach and work autonomously to connect with global Automotive C-suite decision makers.
  • Implement Automotive OEM contracts and oversee implementation in the market to assure excellent service.
  • Act as the central connection between local in-market teams and the global OEM partner.
  • Opening of new business opportunities in OEM, Dealer Group and independent automotive partners.
  • Update and analyse KPI reports to implement improvements.
  • Adapt training and marketing materials to meet partner needs.
  • Have a very strong understanding of the global automotive industry and be across all EV insights to target OEM vehicle and market launches.
  • Provide product and service advice to existing customers.
  • Generate and foster new leads and opportunities through long-term partner accounts and open up new in-stream and vertical business.
  • Create quotes and build new opportunities and close sales opportunities.
  • Manage daily activities in the company systems being proficient in Salesforce and BI.
  • Manage reporting and communicate regular updates to the Head of Automotive Accounts

Requirements

You have/are

  • Around 7 years of experience in a Key Account Management or Tier 1 Automotive Sales role
  • Experience in EV business and high-level, C-suite sales
  • Experience working in a startup environment is preferable
  • Knowledge of specific EV market characteristics across Europe and APAC
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
  • A smart hunter with high levels of LinkedIn Sales Navigator proficiency
  • Ability to lead and/or motivate others around you and make data driven decisions.
  • Spanish native speaker and fluent in English
