Smeetz is a unified commerce SaaS powered by AI sales optimisation for visitor attractions. We provide our customers with an all-in-one solution to manage, market, and price their products efficiently by leveraging data and approaching sales from a tech-savvy perspective. Our customers range from attraction parks and museums to theatres.

Smeetz has headquarters in Switzerland and was founded 4 years ago. Since then we have expanded in France, the UK and Germany.

We are looking to build a marketing hub in Barcelona to cover our markets and centralise our growth strategy.


Our offer

If you live and breathe marketing, we need to talk. We’re looking for an experienced marketer who will play a big role in the growth of our inbound sales strategy. Marketing managers’ responsibilities at Smeetz include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with paid advertising tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. You will report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer located in Switzerland, Lausanne.


What you will do

  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, public relations, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, etc.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, local associations, and more.

Requirements

Mandatory requirements

  • Min 3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS.
  • A demonstrated track record of success in a marketing role.
  • Native French – spoken and written is a must.
  • Fluent English – spoken and written is a must.

Requirements

  • Experience in defining successful marketing strategies across multiple channels and running successful marketing campaigns for various target industries.
  • Project management skills to run marketing campaigns from the planning stages all the way to day-of execution. You have creativity, ownership and a vision
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Experience across a full marketing tech stack, including marketing automation, CRM and reporting (Hubspot preferred).
  • Results and metric-driven approach to track progress, measure efforts and drive future strategic decisions.
  • Solid knowledge in digital marketing (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and Linkedin Campaign Manager).
  • Experience in partnering with sales and product teams on content and strategy development.
  • Exceptional professionalism and business acumen.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced B2B tech organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent German is a plus.
