As a MCM Lead you’ll be responsible for Accelerate business growth through complete on time and on quality product content on our owned and controlled (3rd party channels) for all Signify brands and markets (B2B & B2C).

What you’ll do
Accelerate business growth through complete on time and on quality product content on our owned and controlled (3rd party channels) for all Signify brands and markets (B2B & B2C).
Develop, own and execute future mid-/long-term digital program (growth) strategy for B2B and B2C product content.
Design, own and implement MCM processes (and platforms) and ensure foundational integration
Acts as the liaison with key leaders in the BGs, segments and regions and act as MCM ambassador for 300+ internal users
Challenge status-quo and brings impactful solutions and opportunities for customer-focused improvements
Drive new developments and identifying new opportunities for Signify to improve in the domain
Deliver defined roadmap within AOP and KPI targets
Drive embracement of our culture, values and impact on performance as global team
Drive cost efficiency in processes and programs (IT, marketing and sales) and enabling cost awareness in central team
Within budget and on time delivery of projects/ user stories
Content completeness/ quality
Value enabled and service delivery against commitments
Web satisfaction/UGCR (incl. partner touch points)
Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or Business Management or a related discipline and a proven extensive experience in global Digital roles
10+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce in the content management domain.
5+ years of experience in a complex, global, diversified company
Passionate about pursuing business results by applying cutting edge processes and technology
Deep knowledge and experience in complete martech landscape like multiple CRM, CDP, email marketing environments and data warehouses.
Understands and champions digital marketing domain integrally at-large in business context of Marketing & Sales
Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in driving the performance to the next level
Fluent in English
Strong relationship skills, to build relationships internal stakeholders, on a global level
Strong project management skills with the ability to drive for results with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills to manage a wide user/ambassador base.
