This role is responsible for sharing various important financial reports to help control costs and inform performance teams!

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Strong knowledge of online payments and payment methods
• Minimum experience of 2 years in Client collections
• Attention to detail for reporting and figures
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Well organized, ability to manage to multitask roles and prioritize
• Strong computer applications skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
• Excellent general cultural knowledge
• Excellent English both written and oral essential
• Previous experience in E-collections

ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• CC fees reporting to inform Performance team
• Invoicing PSP review & control
• PSP supplier accounts reconciliation
• Bank reconciliations movements retained
• WNS Pune control and supporting
• Other merchant’s issues
