As a Outlet Retail Area Manager Ibérica you will lead the market and own the execution of the brand strategy, by setting direction, coaching and developing the store teams, building succession plans and participating in regional retail decisions. You will drive profitable top line sales growth and operational excellence in our Outlets to provide exceptional service.
  • Sales Management:

Achieve the area sales targets and operating results across the territory assigned.

Identify and maximize the business potential of each stores and define actions plan to ensure target achievements, engaging Store Managers on required contribution to targets.

Develop effective networking across the area and share knowledge and understanding of business local trends with store teams.

Define and propose adequate staffing for each store to Retail Director.

Communicate and use Company KPIS and measure performance results and share best practices across the area.

Partner with local Marketing and Merchandising department and propose ideas to customize instore events/initiatives;
  • Customer Service:

Ensure the standards of customer experience across the area.

Identify and propose to the Retail Director new opportunities and provide new solutions based on customers’ feedback.

Coach and work with Store Managers sharing best practices to improve customer relationship and maintain customer loyalty.
  • Team Development:

Coach and empower Store Managers to develop their skills and competencies to support their managerial growth.

Ensure succession planning in the area through the identification and development of the talent.

Define area training priorities together with HR and ensure the appropriate training plan is implemented.

Support Store Managers in attracting, recruiting and retaining high performing teams.
  • Brand Ambassador:

Ensure Store teams are trained following the guidelines to realize the correct implementation of visual, product presentation and store image.

Ensure image and store experience are maintained up to Company guidelines.

Competencies & Skills:

Experience: 3 -5 years as Area Manager, not necessary previous experience in Outlet.

  • Driver License.
  • Proven experience in a senior role with a strong heritage brand and possesses the ability to turnaround situations.
  • Strong personal leadership, with capacity to manage, lead and inspire team of creative and business professionals.
  • Skilled communicator, both written and verbal, working across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of retail market, outlet market is a plus.
  • Strong customer service orientation (internal/external).
  • Proven global acumen, showing ability to develop strong relationships/partnerships with Global HQ.
  • Hands-on mentality, with strong visionary and strategic abilities.
  • Fluency in Spanish & English is a prerequisite. The knowledge of another language (French or Portuguese) is a plus given future internal perspectives within the Group.
