What You Will Do:

  • Evaluate supplier proposals to identify opportunities and risks, and extract the appropriate information from external and internal rich data sources and translating to insights and recommendations.
  • Answer management data requirements, making ad-hoc reports, analysis and queries and develop detailed ’’what if’’ analysis on demand. Link between Global Procurement and Cimpress-wide analytics and supply chain teams (BU & Central)
  • Collect data, analyze, and provide meaningful information of the industry and products in the region to formulate decision recommendations out of data.
  • Create and systematically improve the Sievo analytics setup, as well as the setup within Global Procurement
  • Develop relationships with partners at the supplier network (inside & outside Cimpress) to constantly improve quality of data flows. Provide best in class reporting to supervice and lead performance, costs and service levels
  • Ensure new spend is properly classified on a monthly basis to ensure 98% classification overall and 99% accuracy
  • Support Category Managers to maintain and update Sievo spend, contract and savings data in real time, to support decision making in a constantly evolving business environment. As well as creating, maintaining and updating data for tenders
  • Support in trouble shooting, and coordinate Procurement tools, including access and user accounts management
  • Support ad-hoc projects to increase spend visibility in Sievo such as global material ID’s, supplier consolidation exercises, re-classification of spend

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, or related quantitative fields
  • At least 2 years procurement analytics and project management experience in a large international corporate environment with multiple business units, operating in multiple currencies and a decentralized management structure.
  • High level user of Microsoft applications Word and PowerPoint, ability to present to senior management and stakeholders. Excellent level in Excel, SQL, and related modelling tools
  • Solid understanding in statistical analysis
  • Available to travel 10% of his/her time globally, with peaks of 20%

  • Preference for candidates with an international residence experience.
  • Drive & prioritization: Comfortable working in a constant and constantly evolving environment where instructions are not always provided, requiring own thoughts and ideas, focusing on critical priorities in an environment with tight deadlines.
  • People & culture skills: Able to interact with a broad spectrum of experience levels, skill sets, business levels and communication methods, understanding the cultural differences of a global business environment.
  • Effective communication skills: Able to clearly communicate thoughts and ideas, both verbally and in writing, including to senior management and external partners
  • Great teammate: Can build trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders to effectively connect and provide / share ideas and support initiatives.
  • Relentless drive: To learn and continuously improve models and approaches to his/her job
  • Analytical: Able to with large data sets, building analytical models and extracting insightful data in a concise manner to highlight key meaning
