Description & Requirements

RESPONSABILIDADES

• Gestionar y/o apoyar proyectos de capital individualmente o como miembro de un equipo multifuncional.
• Aplicar los estándares- procedimientos y directrices de KraftHeinz en relación con la gestión de proyectos- asegurando los principales objetivos (alcance- tiempo y coste) y con un total cumplimiento en materia de Seguridad Laboral y Calidad.
• Trabajar dentro de los equipos de proyecto interdepartamentales para proporcionar experiencia y valor al resto del grupo.
  

FUNCIONES Y TAREAS PRINCIPALES

• Diseño- ejecución y puesta en marcha de proyectos de capital en industria alimentaria.
• Trabajo conjunto con los distintos departamentos (R&D- QA- EHS- Producción y Mantenimiento) para preparación de especificaciones.
• Contacto con proveedores para obtención de presupuestos.
• Estimación del valor total de la inversión y el control de costes.
• Cuantificación y seguimiento de las entregas del proyecto.
• Planificación de proyectos utilizando herramientas informáticas y documentación corporativa.
• Apoyar las actividades de inicio y puesta en marcha.
• Recabar- organizar y entregar toda la documentación relativa a proyectos
• Realizar seguimiento después de llevar a cabo el proyecto.
  

FORMACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA

• Educación o Licenciatura en Ingeniería
• Amplia experiencia laboral en gestión de proyectos industriales
• Conocimiento del paquete de Microsoft (Excel- Word y PowerPoint)
• Comunicarse con fluidez en inglés (ambos- escrito y hablado)
• Se valorará positivamente la experiencia y conocimiento de procesos industriales en alimentación y cadena de empaquetado
• Se busca persona activa- con capacidad de autonomía y de rápida adaptación para tomar responsabilidades desde el inicio.
