About You

You are result oriented looking to develop the business as a founder in your RTM with focus on growing our Premium portfolio and Innovations and protecting the Core business.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:

* Responsible to deliver key revenue targets as determined by the Country financial plan. (NSV&GP).
* Be accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the On-Trade customers.
* Develop and maintain effective and strategic relationships with Key Customers and influence the positioning of Bacardi brands in the Area.
* Define Top Wholesaler Account Plan with integrated activation plans and performance tracking (Forecast, Terms, etc.).
* Identify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance at On Trade customers in your region, achieving value creation.
* Understand customer strategy and how to leverage the Bacardi value proposition to grow mutual business.
* Optimize promotional plans through the year through implementation of the ROI strategy and goals.
* Provide accurate demand forecasting to Supply Chain team.
* You will be responsible for the effective implementation of the company’s pricing and commercial policy

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy

* Wholesaler sales experience preferred.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* First hand field sales experience.
* Solid ability to organize your work independently and effective.
* Good Communicator and an active listener.
* 3+ years’ experience of managing Key Accounts / Customers in a leading FMCG.
* Sense of ownership, teamwork spirit and focus in objectives.
* Strong analytical and organization skills.
* Fluency in English.
* Geographically mobile.
