WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Regulatory Reporting Analyst, you will perform Controls, floow up meetings and KPIs ensuring appropiate compliance for different Regulations.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Analyze Regulatory processes identifying improvement points.
- Manage different databases from the analytical point of view to obtain conclusions.
- Escalate any potential issues or regulatory breaches to the Management in order to implement actions plans proposing solutions.
- Execute controls, follow up issues and sistemic KPIs calculations.
- Interaction with Management and other Geographies.
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in Regulatory Affairs (i.e. MMSR, SMMD, SFTR, MiFID II, EMIR or CRS-FATCA), Regulatory Compliance or Internal Audit.
- or Data Scientist with expertise in high-volume data management
EDUCATION
- Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or Law
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Strong process and data analytical skills
- Use tools for managing data as: SQL, PowerBI, Python.
- Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs related to investment products (i.e. MMSR, SMMD, SFTR, MiFID II, EMIR or CRS-FATCA).
- Agile projects participations would be valued.
- Fluent English is a must.
- The regular working hours are from 9:00 to 18:00 Madrid time, but flexibility is required for backup from 07:00 to 15:30 or from 15:30 to 00:00.
