As the Sales Execution Director, based in Alcobendas (Madrid, Spain)you will lead all Customer Service activities in Iberia (Spain and Portugal) for Intelligent Device in the different Business Units of our Company. This covers the entire "Quote to Cash & Order Management cycle," guaranteeing that we consistently deliver outstanding service to our customers, which includes field device services. #LI-Hybrid

This role holds significant importance within the Iberia senior leadership team, actively contributing to shaping the direction and strategic priorities for the entire business while reporting directly to the General Manager.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Guide and empower the Sales Operational teams, offering progressive leadership to shape strategies and initiatives, ultimately leading to desired business outcomes and securing balanced long-term business expansion
  • Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty by consistently delivering exceptional quality in quotations, completing sales orders flawlessly, efficiently coordinating projects, and enhancing service delivery
  • Lead, support and act on all customer order related issues, queries or complaints
  • Lead the execution of sales related services
  • Strengthen and develop our ability to deliver project contracts as a single entity, supporting project implementation teams with managing contractual obligations throughout the project life cycle
  • Supervise, mentor and enagage our team, cultivating a culture of performance management that aligns individual and team objectives with our comprehensive business goals
  • Coordinate operational compliance with requirements regarding to Trade Compliance, Due Diligence and Ethical Business

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience as a senior contributor, with an extensive understanding and knowledge of business drivers in operational sales or project management roles
  • Proven experience in effectively managing, motivating, and developing teams
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel
  • Fluency in Spanish and English language

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Further education in business administration, operations and/or project management
  • Experience in the same industry sector (automation) and/or withing a complex matrix organization
  • LEAN awareness
  • Product and Business Systems awareness
  • Additional European language
