Senior Clinical Project Manager

Job content

• Serving as the primary project contact
• Leading and managing cross-functional project teams
• Project status reporting and surveillance for risk
• Monitoring team performance against expectations and according to key performance metrics
• Leading problem solving including management of risk and issue resolution
• Developing or reviewing study management plans
• Managing team resource assignments and accountability
• Oversight of database management
• Ensuring compliance with study tools, training materials and standard processes, policies and procedures

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) level of qualification in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical project management capacity
• Minimum 7 years of clinical research experience
• Any trial experience as a CRA, CTM, CTL or PM
• In depth knowledge of, and skill in applying, applicable clinical research regulatory requirements; i.e., GCP and ICH guidelines
• In depth Cardiovascular/Metabolic and protocol knowledge
• Effective mentoring and training skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
