For more than a decade, SQA Consulting has built a global client network across multiple vertical markets. Our experience and expertise reside across Business and Technology Transformation, Cyber Security, RPA and AML Compliance.

2021 is a pivotal and exciting year for the group. Via acquisitions and mergers, we are increasing our global presence. To assist with our expansion plans we are looking for a Senior Internal Recruiter to assist in leading and shaping recruitment both in our Spanish hub and across our other locations.

Role Summary

  • Recruitment of technical and skilled individuals
  • Source suitable platforms/areas to advertise current roles
  • Assist in advert writing
  • Ensure adverts are targeting the correct audience by monitoring and reporting
  • Actively engage and build a network of relevant connections
  • Review CV’s received
  • Pre Screen applicants
  • Shortlist and advise SQA Senior Management on applicants to interview
  • Coordinate interview process
  • Ensure all relevant documentation/paperwork is up to date and compliant
  • Onboarding of all new starters


  • Work closely with SQA Senior Management team to understand demand resource needs
  • By having an understanding of the local employment climate, advise on matters of salaries, benefits etc
  • Understand country specific employment laws/contracts
  • Provide regular updates
  • Achieve KPIs set in relation to employee engagement
  • Promote SQA Consulting Values to all potential employees
  • Keep HR Software updated
  • Use initiative to propose ideas and campaigns
  • Be proactive in approach to recruitment


This is a great opportunity to join SQA Consulting at an exciting time. We are looking for someone to develop this role in Europe and therefore become an integral part of the Group.

To be considered for this role, we are wanting to talk with anyone who has a stable background in recruitment, ideally technical, whether this is internal or for an agency. Although this is not a sales role, the successful candidate will have worked to targets, KPIs and deadlines previously. Proficient in Microsoft o365 and Excel along with excellent written and verbal skills in English.
