Software Automation QA Tester

Lodgify is looking for a talented Automation QA Tester with Javascript to join our growing, international team. We are a product-first company with software that enables vacation rental businesses to easily create a bookable website and manage all their reservations.

We are constantly working to improve our software and its features. A skilled Automated QA will be not only a great contribution to that but also a key player for the team. You will apply your skills across the software development lifecycle to contribute to the ongoing success of the project.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating automated functional tests with Testim and Cypress/Playwright.
• Creating test designs, test cases, and test data for automated tests.
• Running exploratory testing, regression testing and smoke testing for multiple environments.
• Designing testing scenarios for usability testing.
• Involve and guide developers to consider testing during the whole lifecycle of a feature.
• Evaluate the efficiency of existing QA processes and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Software Automation QA Tester
• Experience in automating tests for Web and APIs
• Experience with Postman
• Experience using programming languages such as JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with debugging through browser development tools
• Problem-solving and result-driven
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Plus to have

• ISTQB certification
• Experience working with agile methodologies
