What this opportunity involves:

Working as part of a national team, you’ll be responsible for managing the Industrial VIC/TAS Leasing Portfolio and providing senior level leasing activities relating to lease renewals, lease & new site negotiations, dispute resolution, market rent reviews and statutory obligations. Analysis and planning of relocations, sub-leasing, and/or space handback options is also key.

You will assist with the development of the portfolio strategy, track progress, prepare annual budgets, ensure compliance of reporting processes, and pilot improvements and innovations.

Working on one of JLL’s largest Corporate Accounts, your management of leasing duties across the State portfolio and ensuring client satisfaction for best leasing outcomes, will provide the foundations of long term success.

You will have highly developed property transactions/ technical leasing experience holding a current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.

Industrial leasing experience will be highly regarded but we’ll consider commercial and retail backgrounds too.

With a superior track record in managing a high-volume workload, along with a true passion for property and real estate, you will be driven and confident in your ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

You’re a trusted performer on a wide range of client-facing property operations requirements and service delivery imperatives, and are committed to flawless execution. You have the ability to think strategically, and you can oversee a portfolio of leases and lease obligations whilst being proactive in your daily approach.
